Alright. I have a crush. I haven’t really been a big NBA fan, but after attending my very first game on December 7th at the shiny new Barclay’s Center to see the Golden State Warriors take the Brooklyn Nets down, I’ve decided that I both enjoy basketball and should pay closer attention. And after researching what basketball players are great AND hot, I discovered that I apparently have just a huge stupid little kid crush on Derrick Rose. I can’t be alone here.
Would you like a distraction right now? I would. If there was only one good thing about RGIII’s injury last week, it’s that we all got a nice, long look at Kirk Cousins.
I am using my self imposed one-ACoH-Cardinal-a-year limit to say goodbye to dear, cute Skip Shumaker, who yesterday was traded to the Dodgers.
Unless you’re a Giants fan (or happen to be an unfortunate Saints fan that saw last Sunday’s matchup), you might be wondering who on earth David Wilson is. Well, I’ll happily tell you – he’s a rookie running back for the Giants out of Virginia Tech who hasn’t really seen much action or field time in his first year. However, this past Sunday he not only broke the team record for all purpose yards in a single game (327) including 4 kickoff returns for 227 of those yards and one being a 97 yard return for a touchdown, but he also ran for 100 yards for 2 touchdowns, making him the NFC player of the week. Keep an eye on this one – not only is he hot on the field and extremely enthusiastic about backflips, he’s quite adorable (and rather ripped, I might add) off the field too.
An oldie but goodie, I almost forgot this guy was still in the NFL. That is, until I realized he was actually a Baltimore Raven. How did I miss this signing?? Anyways, without further ado, a look at Mr. Sean Considine.

Ok, so he’s just barely 18 and has a tendency towards tans/bronzer/fake and baking that is questionable – but those are about the only bad things I can tell you about British diver Tom Daley.

I was going to be a Royals homer and feature my favorite catcher in the world, but a Facebook friend recommended I look in the direction of Eden Hazard and suddenly I’ve got soccer hotties on the brain.

Listen, I don’t know what a Square Hippie is, but we have to thank them and my friend Anna for suggesting today’s hottie. I know less than nothing about Rugby, but English captain Chris Robshaw sure makes me want to know more.
Maybe it’s a perspective thing, but his biceps appear to be bigger around than his head. That would make me cheer, too.
I’m starting us off on a bad foot by starting a day late, but hopefully the first two hotties are so hot that you’ll forgive me. (Also, you’ll understand that I bought a house and did a lot of packing and moving today.)
We Ladies… are long-time fans of U.S. swimmer Ryan Lochte, but his title as hottest summer Olympian was seriously in jeopardy this summer when we got a load of Nathan Adrian.
He’s got the killer body and ups the ante with an amazing smile – there are like five total pictures on Google where he’s not grinning from ear to ear. He graduated with honors from Berkeley. And did we mention those abs.
Where Lochte is gimmicky and a bit blase, Adrian was fresh-faced and looked to be enjoying every minute. I found just one picture of him in a suit and there are few pics of him not in the pool. He seems goofy and fun and genuine. Here’s hoping we have a few more summers of hoping we can one day have a beer or two with Nathan Adrian.

Unfortunately for me, there is a bit of a dearth of yumminess on the Brewers. Its such a shame, really. But one of the completely underrated cuties is backup catcher George Kottaras.
Honestly, the absolute best thing about Kottaras is his accent. He’s Canadian and while he’s been playing in the MLB and minors for awhile, every once in awhile the Canada comes out it and its great. You can hear some of it when he answers the second question in this video
He’s also of Greek descent and is fluent in Greek – so there’s always that chance he’ll whisper sweet nothings in your ear and take you for fabulous vacations on Crete.
And if that doesn’t do it for you, Kottaras hit one of just two cycles in Major League Baseball this season.

I’m the farthest thing from an NBA fan, but we realized we’ve neglected those of you in our fanbase that find their hotties with big biceps and long shorts.
And since he’s been in the news so much lately, today’s hottie is recently named Los Angeles Clipper Chris Paul.
I don’t want to break any Hornets fans hearts, so I tried to steer away from the shots of him in New Orleans gear. I hope that hopes a little.

Now, obviously if I’m a Buffalo girl, then it should follow that I’m a Sabres fan. And trust me, I am. With a healthy hatred for the Maple Leafs, Flyers, Bruins, and especially the Rangers. However, I feel it’s a little unfair to hold a hatred for the other NY team given that I live here, they’re seldom a threat, and they have a pretty cute goalie! Little older, but that’s never stopped me – meet Islanders goaltender Nick DiPietro.
I took a straw poll on Twitter looking for new and exotic hotties to bring to our readers for their viewing pleasure. I’ve been stuck in the soccer rut and the football suggestions we haven’t covered in recent years make me sad.
Thankfully, a friend pointed me in the direction of NASCAR where I found the cutest little button in Kasey Kahne. Who knew such an adorable dude was hiding under all that flame-retardant gear?
I mean, he’s got all the CuteSports prerequisites: eye-crinkles, gorgeous eyes, rosy cheeks and looking yummy in scruff. A girl cannot go wrong.
The worst thing I can say is there is a serious dearth of nekky pictures of NASCAR drivers. You know you’re hurting to see some skin when you save a picture of a guy getting miked up, showing a couple of inches of abs. How are the many lady NASCAR fans not in demand of pictures of these guys shirtless?
