Look, we know Pedro’s pitching in a half an hour and Game 2 of the World Series is coming up, but we can’t help it.

We’re watching this approximately for the approximately 11,849th time today.

Oh, Cliff Lee. I would hate you so much if you weren’t pitching for my team.

  1. “La de da, I’m in the freakin’ World Series…catch.” Although that behind-the-back catch was far more impressive and far less annoying to watch.

    In all seriousness, Cliff Lee was pretty damn awesome. Can’t complain about the pitching on either side this series…so far.

  2. I actually find it hard to hate Cliff Lee (Pedro, on the other hand…) He was a monster and that Game 1 win was well deserved! This is shaping up to be a classic series.

    Also, Teixeira is my new boyfriend this morning.

  3. Even as a Yankee fan and after watching him completely manhandle my team, I still can’t hate Cliff Lee. He’s freakin awesome!
