NHL.com has inspired me! After doing Top 10 features on the Finns, Russians and Swedes (oh my!), I thought the Ladies… could get in on the Top 10 action. While my choices are less stats based and more looks based, I still think the following hotties are names to remember for next season.
So without further ado, here are 10 hotties on the rise.

It's pretty much blasphemy for me to admit that a Penguin is hot...so here is my admission: I less than 3 Kris Letang!

Mason is a fantastic goalie, and he looks like he is about 12! awww

Backes looks a little frightened in this picture, but he's hot, I swear.

Mike Cammalleri, Montreal Canadiens
I have been in love with this man from the moment I laid eyes on him!
So Cammalleri is apparently a ladies man...good to know!
Brooks Laich, Washington Capitals
So you just knew I had to get my Caps fix in here. This is the real ladies man!

Dustin Penner, Edmonton Oilers
I saw his headshot and he was laughing, so I googled him and fell in love with his eyes!
Seriously...how can you not love the eyes? Dreamy.
Marek Svatos, Colorado Avalanche
Marek has gotten love from the Ladies before, but, man, I couldn't not include him. He's gorgeous!

Matthew Lombardi, Phoenix Coyotes
I was thisclose to getting a Lombardi Flames jersey, and then he got traded at the deadline. Thank God I didn't make that purchase!

Rich Peverley, Atlanta Thrashers
I'm going to call myself out on this one. How can my team play in the SE division, and I didn't know about Peverley!?
He is another google-worthy candidate.

Did you really think my Caps bias wouldn't play in to this list? I had to put Stecks on here!
I'm not a fan of Stecks with a beard because he slightly resembles Kevin Federline, but he looks pretty decent in this photo!
So there you have it. I tried to stay away from the big names that we all know and love, and mix it up a bit with some new faces. It was hard to narrow down my list to just 10 guys, so stay tuned because the ones that didn’t make the cut this time, may just pop up around these parts in another post.

Well Parise would fall under the well-known category. I can honestly say there are two players that made me fall in love with hockey: Parise and Rick DiPietro.

This is terrible, but when I think of Dustin Penner, I think of the huge feud over his signing between Burke and Lowe.
