The other Ladies… and I had a Google+ hangout the other night and I realized I’d never told this story for you folks. Forgive me for being lazy, but I wrote it up for Uni-Watch a few years ago, so I’m going to just post that test. I was using the Uni angle there, so I included quite a few pictures of the gear I received.

I went to college in New Orleans, which was the site of Super Bowl XXXVI in 2002. A few months prior to the game, I learned that they were hiring security personnel to work during the weeks leading up to the Super Bowl, with a chance to work at events on gameday and possibly even at the game itself. I don’t exactly project the kind of imposing presence that security people usually have (I’m 5’4″ on a good day), but it sounded cool, so I applied and ended up getting hired.

Ok, so the Dodgers are currently down 3-1 to the Phillies in the NLCS, and I’m afraid I won’t get to see Andre Ethier again until March. So this post is basically happening to keep Andre’s hotness fresh in our memories. Ahh, what a season we’ve had Andre. Hopefully the boys in blue can pull out the win tonight so we can ogle Andre a wee bit longer. *le sigh*

In honor of the current fortnight of tennis being played, I thought I would do a review of my trip to Wimbledon last summer. I was lucky enough to be able to finally take my dream European vacation last July. One thing I knew when I started to plan my trip was that when I got to London, I was going to Wimbledon.

I’ve been to a few stadiums around the country and other than my team’s home, Miller Park, I would put Busch Stadium in St. Louis on the top of my list.
Well it’s time to say goodbye to the 2008-09 Washington Capitals. It was a disappointing end to an exciting season. After an insane circus of a series with the Pittsburgh Penguins, the Caps blew it in Game 7 with a 6-2 loss at home. I was there and still am getting over the crushing loss. So I was thinking, what’s a good way to get over a great season that ended in a not-so-great way? So I thought, I want to celebrate this team with a tribute…to their hotness!! I’ve been told by some of our ladies that’s it’s totally unfair that my Caps are so hot! So I’m sharing their hotness with you!
