The Other Final Four was decided yesterday, as Michigan, Notre Dame, North Dakota and Boston College punched their tickets to Denver. While watching bball, I also managed to catch two Miami OH games because my friend CJ went there for undergrad. I was his designated high-fiver for when something good happened. Anyway, watching so much hockey (hey, two games in two days qualifies as “so much” for this girl) inspired me to do a Hockey Hottie feature for each team. Today is Notre Dame.

The Starting 5 of the All-Notre Dame Hottie Hockey Team:
**Brett Blatchford, defenseman, sophomore, 5’11, 200 lbs

**Stewart Carlin, defenseman, sophomore, 5’11, 200 lbs

**Evan Rankin, right wing, senior, 6’1, 200 lbs

**Ryan Thang, right wing, sophomore, 6’0, 200 lbs (He looks dirrrty. And his last name is “Thang.” Heh.)

**Justin White, center, junior, 6’0, 195 lbs

I watched college hockey for the first time this weekend, turning it to ESPNU and watching some of both Michigan games. I must commend them for bringing the winged helmet to hockey. And I desperately want one of them.
Aww, Stewart is cute. I feel like we could go and get a chocolate malt.
I prefer the classic looks of Mr. Justin White, myself.
And in classic hockey fashion they’ve all got bad hair.
oh right and also thank you for the hockey.
I am totally asking Geoff about this tonight on the podcast. “So Geoff, which one would you say is the best ‘hottie’ on the Wolverines?”
You MUST. DO IT.
“And in classic hockey fashion they’ve all got bad hair.”
Hahahaaa that made me LOL.
Cute hockey boys.=)
Sadly, we didn’t get to that question during the broadcast, but I think I’m going to have to go with Chad Kolarik as Michigan’s hottest player. Chad’s a senior, an alternate captain, and has 3 hat tricks this season as part of his 28 goals and 26 assists. Also, Max Pacioretty and Carl Hagelin look much better in this interview than they do in their roster photos.
steward and evan are my favorites…
ryan looks like mike rupp…ewww
