Some. Of. These. Losses. Are. Heart. Breaking.
Congrats to all the winners!
June 14, 2007 at 8:01 am |
OUCH. This round stings.
June 14, 2007 at 8:11 am |
Congrats to the winners, you guys are all awesome. Way to go!
June 14, 2007 at 8:17 am |
damn
June 14, 2007 at 8:44 am |
Oh, well, it was fun while it lasted. At least I made the Final For . . . ty-Four.
Ladies . . ., thanks for including me. It’s been a blast.
My congratulations go out to Run Up the Score. I’m rooting for you, man.
June 14, 2007 at 8:56 am |
Yea! Run up the Score won. I’ve enjoyed visiting Dawg Sports, for sure. I’m definitely going to include it in my regular reading list.
June 14, 2007 at 9:28 am |
I have lost all faith in mankind. For real.
June 14, 2007 at 9:57 am |
Sorry, Goldfish. We tried, but we admittedly got a little distracted yesterday.
June 14, 2007 at 10:09 am |
The Cobra with an impressive showing against Paul Shirley.
June 14, 2007 at 10:10 am |
Hats off to you, Roy. As I’ve said before, I think your Bonds analysis is fantastic.
Anyone know how to write an ASCII blogger jumping over a tennis net to shake hands?
June 14, 2007 at 10:19 am |
Wow. EDSBS out after the second round. That is shocking.
June 14, 2007 at 10:47 am |
I still can’t believe Burnsy pulled that one off. A person has to have a pretty loyal base of fans or friends to overcome Sebek’s tidalwave of votes. That just seemed way too impossible to overcome.
June 14, 2007 at 10:50 am |
I dig the upsets, Extra P. Even Will’s and Orson’s. I think it’s great that the less well-known blogs are doing big things.
June 14, 2007 at 10:56 am |
Well, I personally think OMDQ’s post should earn him a Final Four berth, so I’m fine with it. Being a less-well-known blog myself.
June 14, 2007 at 10:56 am |
All Burnsy had to do was get the girls in his photo to had him to their MySpace pages.
Andrea – Agreed.
June 14, 2007 at 11:04 am |
F#$@
June 14, 2007 at 11:07 am |
Extra P, I agree about OMDQ. That post made me cry twice.
June 14, 2007 at 11:13 am |
TGC – Last night when I was closing the polls, your’s pained me. So, so close.
(All the close ones did.)
June 14, 2007 at 11:27 am |
Or I had to piss off several hundred people with endless MySpace bulletins begging for help. I like to think I’d do the same for them.
June 14, 2007 at 12:49 pm |
Congrats to all the winners!
June 14, 2007 at 1:12 pm |
I knew it was futile to beat Dan, so I’m happy to see that RUTS and OMDQ are still in it.
June 14, 2007 at 1:14 pm |
And, of course, thanks for hosting the tourney, Ladies. I still can’t believe Mike knocked off Orson, but that’s fun to see.
June 14, 2007 at 3:27 pm |
TKK that was some funny shit on EDSBSLive tuesday. Even if you are a UGA fan. I voted for you many times. You to S2N.
When does the losers bracket start?
June 14, 2007 at 6:13 pm |
Glad you were able to pull it out, Burnsy. And OMDQ is a great writer and an even better human being as I’ve found out in subsequent conversations.
It’s exciting to see the way things are shaking down as we enter the Tumultuous 22. I’ve still got some fight in me and tricks up my sleeve. We certainly haven’t fully realized the Iron Fist of Wife potential for the bracket.
Let me say it now: I want Matt Jones, Mr. Kentucky Radio himself!
June 14, 2007 at 7:47 pm |
I like Tumultuous 22. I felt a little odd calling it the Twerrific 22.
June 14, 2007 at 10:16 pm |
Thanks, Goldfish Cowboy.
Now that I’m out of it, I can be impartial, so the third-round bracketology is up here.
June 14, 2007 at 11:03 pm |
Always the professional TKK
June 14, 2007 at 11:20 pm |
My winner, I mean, second place-finisher to the dude from Kentucky, is Paul Shirley. I like my men the way I like my whiskey – tall and bitter.
